Do I need an appointment to drop off electronics?

Accepted Answer

No appointment is necessary! Simply bring your electronics to our New Dundee location during business hours and we'll take care of the rest.

What types of electronics do you accept?

We accept any and all used, damaged, no longer wanted, or scrap electronics and eWaste in any condition. This includes computers, laptops, monitors, TVs, phones, tablets, printers, cables, circuit boards, and much more.

Do you pay cash for electronics?

Yes! We purchase used, unwanted, or scrap electronics and pay cash. We are consistently one of the highest paying eWaste recyclers in the Kitchener-Waterloo region.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, and Saturday from 8:00AM to 11:30AM. We are closed on Sundays.

Where are you located?

We are located at 1092 Bridge St. Unit B, New Dundee, Ontario N0B 2E0, Canada. We serve customers from Kitchener, Baden, New Hamburg, New Dundee, Woodstock, and surrounding areas.

Do you offer pickup services?

Yes! We offer both Bin Services and Pick Up services for larger loads. No job is too big or too small. Contact us to arrange a bin drop off or eWaste pickup at your location.

Question 7

What happens to my data on old devices?

Accepted Answer

It is solely the seller's responsibility to destroy data on hard drives, flash memory, and storage devices prior to selling. Dundee Electronic Recycling and Dundee Copper Inc will not be responsible for data left on any device. We strongly recommend wiping all data before dropping off.

Can my organization use you for a fundraiser?

Absolutely! Collecting old electronic eWaste through your organization or fundraising event and selling to Dundee Electronic Recycling is a great fundraising opportunity. We are one of the highest paying eWaste recyclers in the region. Contact us to learn more.

Are you a certified recycling facility?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are a certified electronic recycling eWaste business. All electronics are prepared for disassembly at certified facilities within the province of Ontario.

Do you accept electronics in any condition?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We accept electronics in any condition — working, broken, damaged, or incomplete. You don't need to worry about whether your device still works.
